摘要
为解决全球“隐性饥饿”问题,2008年中国科学院赵其国院士借鉴国内外在食品营养强化方面的成功案例与经验,提出了“功能农业”的概念。凤冈县具有独特的锌硒自然资源优势,于1994年开启了凤冈锌硒茶产业建设,开启了发展地方功能农业产业的尝试。本文概述凤冈县锌硒产业现状,分析县锌硒功能农业发展中存在的问题,从加强示范基地建设,培育区域品牌;提升农产品加工能力,旅游业与锌硒功能农业融合发展;加强产业链整合,建立专业研究机构等方面提出了对策。
To address the global issue of'hidden hunger',in 2008,Academician Zhao Qiguo of the Chinese Academy of Sciences proposed the concept of"functional agriculture"by drawing on successful cases and experiences in food nutrition fortification both at home and abroad.Fenggang County has unique natural resource advantages of zinc and selenium.In 1994,it initiated the construction of the Fenggang zinc and selenium tea industry,marking the beginning of its attempt to develop local functional agriculture.An overview of the current status of zinc and selenium industries in Fenggang County reveals several issues in the development of zinc and selenium functional agriculture.To address these challenges,suggestions have been put forward,including enhancing the construction of demonstration bases and cultivating regional brands;improving agricultural product processing capabilities and promoting the integration of tourism with zinc and selenium functional agriculture;strengthening the integration of the industrial chain and establishing specialized research institutions.
