摘要
详细介绍了合成高分子类预铺防水卷材在施工中存在的连接问题、缺陷及应对措施,主要针对双缝焊飞边、双缝焊空腔、对接缝等容易出现渗漏问题的部位,提出了切除飞边、满焊接、封堵空腔、包裹对接缝等措施,为合成高分子类预铺防水卷材的施工应用和质量验收提供参考。
This paper detailed introduces connection issues,defects and countermeasures during the installation of pre-applied polymer waterproofing membranes,mainly focuses on the areas prone to leakage such as double-welded flash edges,unwelded cavities in double seams and butt joints.The paper proposes techniques including flash edge trimming,full-length welding,cavity sealing and joint wrapping,providing practical references for construction practices and quality acceptance of polymer-based pre-applied waterproofing membranes.
