摘要
高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材预铺反粘施工工法,只需将卷材空铺,在卷材上进行底板或承台钢筋绑扎之后直接浇筑结构底板混凝土,混凝土固化后,高分子预铺自粘防水卷材和结构主体之间的空隙得到最大限度的永久粘结,彻底解决了普通卷材与混凝土基面粘结力不大,粘结力不持久,易受外部环境影响的问题,同时高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材搭接边设计牢靠紧密,保证卷材与结构形成一个完整封闭的整体。
Pre-paving and anti-sticking construction method of macromolecular self-adhesive waterproof coil could directly casting structural floor concrete after paving the coil and binding floor or cushion cap steel onto the coil. The macromolecular self-adhesive film and the unset cement in the concrete could plastify and creep during hydration and cause physical and chemical reaction with cementing material in concrete. The macromolecular pre-paving and self-adhesive waterproof coil and structural body could realize maximum permanent binding after the concrete is hardened. It successfully solved the problems of common coil whose bonding force with concrete is not big enough and duration is not long enough. Meanwhile, the macromolecular self-adhesive waterproof coil has tight overlapped edge, which could ensure a closed integrity between the coil and structure, realizing real "skin-type waterproofing".
