摘要
职业教育是技能型人才培养的主阵地,培育具有工匠精神的技能型人才是时代对高职院校提出的要求。基于船舶技能型人才培养现状,从造船业转型升级、构建职业院校“三全育人”体系和船舶技能型人才全面发展三方面系统论证船舶技能型人才工匠精神培育的重要意义。通过建立新型教学模式、弘扬新时代工匠精神、打造工匠精神文化基地等方式培育船舶技能型人才工匠精神。为船舶制造业培养专业扎实、勇于创新和精益求精的高技能人才,不断提升我国造船业的综合实力和国际竞争力。
Vocational education serves as the main front for cultivating skilled talents.Cultivating skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmanship is a requirement of the times for higher vocational colleges.Based on the current situation of cultivating ship-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper systematically demonstrates the significance of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship from three aspects:the transformation and upgrading of the shipbuilding industry,the construction of a comprehensive education system,and the all-round development of ship-skilled talents.By establishing a new teaching mode,carrying forward the spirit of craftsmanship in the new era,and building a cultural base,the spirit of craftsmanship can be cultivated,so as to cultivate highly skilled talents with professionalism,innovation,and the pursuit of excellence for the shipbuilding industry,and enhance the strength and competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry.
