氯离子吸附剂对水泥净浆的影响研究

摘要 【目的】降低混凝土孔隙液中游离态氯离子浓度过高对钢筋锈蚀产生的影响,提升混凝土结构的耐久性。【方法】采用高能球磨法制备氯离子吸附剂,研究吸附剂对水泥净浆强度的影响。【结果】在7d和28d养护龄期下,水泥净浆中氯离子的固化率随吸附剂掺量的增加而提高;抗压强度随吸附剂掺量的增加而降低;吸附剂的添加能形成更多的含氯铝酸盐3CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·CaCl_(2)·10H_(2)O(弗里德尔盐),从而降低浆体中游离态氯离子的含量,但水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶生成量的减少也降低了浆体的抗压强度。【结论】添加吸附剂能够有效地改善水泥浆体的孔径分布,提升其抗氯离子渗透性能。 [Purposes]The paper aims to reduce the effect of an excessively high free chloride ion concentration in the concrete pore solution on corrosion of steel bars and to improve the durability of concrete structure.[Methods]A chloride ion adsorbent was prepared by high-energy ball milling,and the effect of the adsorbent on the mechanical properties of cement paste was studied.[Findings]The results show that at the ages of 7 d and 28 d,the immobilization rate of chloride ions in the cement paste increases while the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the adsorbent.Adsorbent addition can form more chloroaluminate 3CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·CaCl_(2)·10H_(2)O(Friedel's salt),which reduces the content of free chloride ions in the paste.However,the decrease in the amount of calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H)gel produced reduces the compressive strength of the paste.[Conclusions]Adsorbent addition can effectively improve the pore size distribution in cement paste and enhance its resistance to chloride ion penetration.
