摘要
随着中国冶金工业向智能化、高效化方向转型,设备安装质量已成为制约生产效能提升的关键因素。本文针对冶金机械设备安装过程中的技术瓶颈与系统性难题,从施工设计、基础验收、基准定位、吊装工艺及调试运维等维度展开深入探讨,重点剖析了设备安装过程中前期准备、安装阶段、密封面处理等核心问题,提出了健全设备安装技术规范体系,优化无垫板安装技术等创新策略,为提升冶金设备安装的可靠性与经济性提供了理论支撑与实践路径,对推动行业技术迭代具有重要参考价值。
With the transformaiton of China's metallurgical industry toward intelligence and high-efficiency development,installation quality has become a critical factor constraining production efficiency.This paper focuses on the technical bottlenecks and systemic challenges during the installation of metallurgical machinery and equipment.It conducts an in-depth analysis from multiple dimensions,including construction design,foundation acceptance,benchmark positioning,hoisting technology,and commissioning and maintenance.Key issues such as preliminary preparation,installation stages,and sealing surface treatment are thoroughly examined.The study proposes innovative strategies,such as improving the technical specification system for equipment installation and optimizing padless installation technology.These strategies provide theoretical support and practical pathways for enhancing the reliability and cost-effectiveness of metallurgical equipment installation,offering valuable references for driving technological advancements in the industry.
