机务段整备调车防护系统总体设计和应用

摘要 为解决机务段生产信息系统间相互孤立运用,机务段内作业环节缺乏一体化管控手段的问题,开发1套机务段整备调车防护系统,实现作业一体化管理、机车自动跟踪、调车作业管控、调车作业安全卡控、机车作业预警、作业统计分析等功能。系统的运行可以打通机务段既有生产系统的数据接口,提升信息化应用水平,实现机务段内作业的数字化联动,提高机务段段内作业安全防控能力和机车运用效率,为机务段的数字化转型提供技术支撑。 In order to solve the problem that the production information system is used in isolation and the operation process lacks integrated control means of the locomotive depot,it is necessary to develop a set of locomotive maintenance shunting protection system to realize the functions of integrated management of locomotive operation,automatic tracking of locomotive number,closed-loop control of shunting operation,safety protection of shunting operation,early warning of locomotive operation,and automatic analysis of locomotive operation and so on.The use of this system can break through the information barriers between the existing production systems in the locomotive depot,improve the level of information application,achieve digital linkage,improve the safety of technical operations,improve the efficiency of locomotive operation.The system provides strong technical support for the digital transformation of the locomotive depot.
