摘要
海上舰船实施并靠补给的重要作业时,受海上风浪、水动力等因素的干扰,舰船在过驳过程中会产生六个自由度的波浪运动,伴随剧烈的摇荡,易造成货物补给撞击速度过大,偏离着落点,增大事故风险性。为保证过驳作业顺利进行,应采用波浪补偿技术控制摇荡运动,保证重物着舰的稳定性。本文概述舰船波浪补偿技术的原理和分类,并对波浪补偿的关键技术进行详细论述,提高我国舰船配套装备的技术水平。
The transfer operation is an important operation implemented and replenished by marine vessels. Under the interference of offshore wind, water and other factors, the ship will generate six degrees of freedom wave motion during the transfer process, accompanied by violent shaking. It is easy to cause the impact of cargo resupply to be too large, deviate from the landing point, and increase the risk of accidents. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the transfer operation,wave compensation technology should be used to control the sway motion to ensure the stability of the landing of heavy objects. This article outlines the principle and classification of ship wave compensation technology, and discusses the key technologies of wave compensation in detail to improve the technical level of China’s ship supporting equipment.
