应用奇异函数的舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击计算方法

摘要 现有的舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击计算方法存在着计算时间过长的缺陷,为了解决上述问题,提出应用奇异函数的舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击计算方法。从冲击时间以及压痕尺寸分析钢结构接触损伤,利用聚类算法提取冲击表面弹塑性代表特征,建立钢结构抗冲击奇异函数。通过计算得到舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击强度数值,实现舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击的计算。测试结果显示:与现有舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击计算方法相比较,提出的舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击计算方法极大地降低了计算时间,充分表明提出舰船舱壁钢结构抗冲击计算方法具备更好的计算效果。 In order to solve the above problems, a method of anti impact calculation of ship bulkhead steel structure with singular function is proposed.The contact damage of steel structure is analyzed from impact time and indentation size.The representative elastic-plastic characteristics of impact surface are extracted by clustering algorithm, and the singular function of impact resistance of steel structure is established.The anti impact strength value of steel structure of ship bulkhead is obtained by calculation, and the anti impact calculation of steel structure of ship bulkhead is realized. The test results show that: compared with the existing calculation method of ship bulkhead steel structure impact resistance, the proposed calculation method of ship bulkhead steel structure impact resistance greatly reduces the calculation time, which fully shows that the proposed calculation method of ship bulkhead steel structure impact resistance has better calculation effect.
