摘要
传统船舶柴油机振动监测数据与实际柴油机振动参量存在一定的偏差,为了提升船舶柴油机振动监测数据的精准度,提出人工智能技术在船舶柴油机振动监测中的应用。在人工智能技术支持下,首先对船舶柴油机振动监测传感器结构进行参量校准;接着在感应数据标准值下对柴油机曲轴振动数据进行异常信号的分析处理计算;然后对分析后的异常信号源进行提取计算,完成对柴油机振动监测的全局计算。通过对比实验结果表明,提出方法具有提升监测值精准度的作用。
In order to improve the accuracy of the vibration monitoring data of marine diesel engine,the application of artificial intelligence technology in the vibration monitoring of marine diesel engine is proposed.With the support of artificial intelligence technology,firstly,calibrate the parameters of the structure of the vibration monitoring sensor of marine diesel engine;secondly,analyze and process the abnormal signals of the crankshaft vibration data of diesel engine under the standard value of the induced data;then extract and calculate the abnormal signal source after the analysis to complete the global calculation of the vibration monitoring of diesel engine.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of monitoring values.
