摘要
针对云内5100QB柴油机装车后在高速行驶工况易出现离合器壳断裂现象,通过各试验工况下的多测点测试及幅值谱的振动分析,得出5100QB柴油机自身的振动力源及导致离合器壳开裂的主要原因,并提出了现有条件下减振的有效技术与措施。
Aim at the phenomenon that clutch shell of 5100QB diesel engine came across radial crack when running at high speed, the source forces of vibration and the cause of clutch shell's crack was analyzed through multi-point measurement and swing-value spectrum Furthermore, the available effectual techniques and analysis under varied experimental working conditions measures to decrease the vibration are brought forward.
