摘要
舰船动力系统的关键零部件包括螺旋桨、曲轴、尾轴管及轴承等,这些关键零部件的加工难度大、加工成本高,在很大程度上决定了船舶的生产效率、生产成本。因此,研究船舶动力系统关键配件生产车间的管理模式,实现关键配件生产车间的智能制造具有非常重要的意义。本文针对船舶动力系统的关键配件生产工艺等问题,设计一种基于智能制造的关键配件生产车间,并研究一种基于IPv6信息交互装置的车间装配智能感知框架,提高生产车间的数据采集、传输效果。
The key parts of the ship’s power system include propeller,crankshaft,stern tube and bearing,etc.the machining of these key parts is difficult and the cost is high,which largely determines the production efficiency and cost of the ship.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the management mode of key parts workshop of marine power system and realize the intelligent manufacturing of key parts workshop.Aiming at the key parts production process of ship power system,this paper designs a key parts production workshop architecture based on intelligent manufacturing,and studies a workshop assembly intelligent perception framework based on IPv6 information interaction device to improve the data collection and transmission effect of the production workshop.
