基于大数据分析的舰船数据噪声清洗和抑制

摘要 传统数据清洗抑制技术对于多数据流噪声的抑制和清洗效果差,导致输出电压波形失真,因此设计一种大数据分析的舰船数据噪声清洗抑制方法。首先设计噪声传导测试装置结构,通过噪声电流数据求解噪声电压,完成数据噪声建模。为使模型提高精确度,采用矢量网络分析仪进行数据采集和接收,测量散射参数提取数据噪声源阻抗,最后采用PI双闭环控制逆变电路,优化最后一级PI控制的比例因子、积分因子实现噪声清洗。在传输中加装滤波器,利用散射参数法优化滤波器参数完成噪声抑制,完成大数据分析的舰船数据中噪声清洗和抑制方法的研究。与传统方法共同进行测试,实验结果表明,设计的方法相对于传统方法输出的电压稳定且无失真,说明设计的方法具有一定的有效性。 The traditional data cleaning suppression technology has a poor effect on the suppression and cleaning of multi-data stream noise,resulting in output voltage waveform distortion.Therefore,a noise cleaning suppression method for big data analysis of ship data is designed.First noise conduction test device structure design,through solving noise voltage noise current data,complete the data noise modeling,to make the model to improve accuracy,using vector network analyzer to data collection and receiving,measuring the scattering parameters extracted data noise source impedance,the last PI double closed loop control of inverter circuit,optimization of the proportion of the final PI control factor,integral factor to realize the noise cleaning,add filter in the transmission,scattering parameter method is used to optimize the filter parameters to complete the noise suppression,the completed data analysis of ship noise in the data cleaning and suppression method of research.The experimental results show that the voltage output of the designed method is stable and free of distortion compared with that of the traditional method,which indicates that the designed method is effective to some extent.
