摘要
现有方法由于机床加工条件影响,存在着误差测量实时性差、误差校正精度低的缺陷,无法满足现今船舶机械部件的需求,为此提出船舶机械部件数控加工误差及校正研究。为了精确校正船舶机械部件数控加工误差,分析数控机床模态,以此为基础,在数控加工旋转投影面中选取若干测量点,实时测量数控加工误差,依据数控加工误差表达式,利用PLC程序补偿数控加工误差,实现船舶机械部件数控加工误差的测量与校正。仿真实验结果表明,与现有方法平均数值相比较,提出方法误差测量实时性较好、误差校正精度较高,充分表明提出方法性能更佳。
Due to the influence of machine tool processing conditions, the existing methods have the defects of poor real-time error measurement and low accuracy of error correction, which can not meet the needs of today’s ship mechanical parts. Therefore, the research on NC machining error and correction of ship mechanical parts is proposed. In order to accurately correct the NC machining error of ship mechanical parts, the mode of NC machine tool is analyzed. Based on this, a number of measuring points are selected in the NC machining rotating projection surface to measure the NC machining error in real time. According to the expression of NC machining error, the NC machining error is compensated by PLC program,and the measurement and correction of NC machining error of marine mechanical parts are realized. The simulation results show that compared with the average value of the existing methods, the proposed method has better real-time performance and higher error correction accuracy, which fully shows that the proposed method has better performance.
