摘要
数控机床加工是提高船舶生产效率,降低船舶建造成本,改善船舶零部件质量的重要途径,进行船舶机械部件的数控加工工艺优化具有重要的意义。本文分析了船舶机械部件数控加工的误差来源,在此基础上设计一种基于神经网络算法的数控加工误差控制与补偿系统,介绍误差控制的基本原理,结合UG仿真环境进行了机械部件加工误差的控制仿真。
NC machining is an important way to improve ship production efficiency,reduce ship construction cost and improve the quality of ship parts.It is of great significance to optimize the NC machining process of ship mechanical parts.This paper analyzes the error sources of NC machining of ship mechanical parts,designs a NC machining error control and compensation system based on neural network algorithm,introduces the basic principle of error control,and carries out the control simulation of machining error of mechanical parts combined with UG simulation environment.
