摘要
现有船舶机舱监控系统由于网络通信质量差,导致其存在着通信距离短、系统功耗大的缺陷,因此提出基于Zigbee网络的船舶机舱监控系统研究。应用Zigbee网络技术设计船舶机舱监控系统,其硬件单元为数据采集单元、处理器选取单元与无线通信单元;软件模块为数据采集控制模块、报警输出模块与Zigbee网络节点程序模块。通过上述硬件单元与软件模块的设计,实现了船舶机舱监控系统的运行。设置Zigbee网络拓扑结构,制定系统报警规则,进行船舶机舱监控实验。实验结果显示,相较于现有系统,设计系统通信距离更远,系统功耗更低,充分证实了设计系统监控效果更好。
Due to the poor quality of network communication, the existing marine engine room monitoring system has the defects of short communication distance and high power consumption. Therefore, the research of marine engine room monitoring system based on ZigBee network is proposed. The hardware unit is data acquisition unit, processor selection unit and wireless communication unit;the software module is data acquisition control module, alarm output module and ZigBee network node program module. Through the design of the hardware unit and software module, the operation of the marine engine room monitoring system is realized. The ZigBee network topology is set up, the system alarm rules are made, and the ship engine room monitoring experiment is carried out. The experimental results show that: compared with the existing system, the designed system has longer communication distance and lower power consumption, which fully proves that the designed system has better monitoring effect.
