摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种多因素共同作用导致的生殖内分泌疾病,其发病原因与糖脂代谢、肥胖、性激素紊乱、慢性炎症反应及氧化应激等因素密切相关,此病发生发展并非单一因素而起。中药单体可用于治疗PCOS,其作用机制主要涉及改善糖代谢异常,肥胖及脂质代谢异常,内分泌生殖紊乱,慢性炎症反应和氧化应激等。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a reproductive endocrine disorder resulting from the interaction of multiple factors.Its pathogenesis is closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism,obesity,sex hormone imbalances,chronic inflammatory responses,and oxidative stress,rather than being caused by a single factor.Chinese medicine monomers have been used for the treatment of PCOS,with mechanisms primarily involving the improvement of abnormal glucose metabolism,obesity and lipid metabolism disorders,endocrine and reproductive dysfunction,chronic inflammation,and oxidative stress.
