摘要
甲基丙烯酸甲酯是一种重要的有机化学单体,有多种工业制备路线,主要是丙酮氰醇法、乙烯法和异丁烯法,其中甲基丙烯醛氧化制甲基丙烯酸是异丁烯法制备路线的关键步骤之一。综述了甲基丙烯醛氧化制甲基丙烯酸的反应机理及其催化剂的研究进展,展望了催化剂发展的前景。
Methyl methacrylate is an important organic chemical monomer.There are various industrial preparation routes,mainly including the acetone cyanohydrin method,ethylene method,and isobutene method.The methacrolein oxidation for methacrylic acid preparation is one of the key steps in the isobutylene method.The research progress on the reaction mechanism of methacrylic acid preparation by methacrolein oxidation and its catalyst was reviewed.The prospect of catalyst development was prospected.
