基于PT对称LC传感的轴承温度-振动测量

摘要 为了监测轴承在运行过程中的健康状况,实现故障自诊断,以预防重大事故发生,提出一种基于PT(Parity-Time)对称LC(Inductor-Capacitor)传感的双参数测量方法,能够同时在线测量轴承的温度与振动位移。将量子力学中的PT对称概念应用到LC传感器,利用系统在PT对称精确区具有双谐振频率特性,实现双频率随温度和振动位移变化。设计上,LC传感器是一个由平面电感连接一个温度敏感电容组成的单谐振回路,读出线圈与传感器线圈通过电感耦合进行信号和能量的无线传输,同时,耦合距离随轴承振动位移实时变化。通过仿真得到,系统高频f2在0~50℃温度范围和0~0.1 mm振动位移范围内有较高灵敏度,分别是-0.195 MHz/℃以及-20.896 MHz/m。结果表明,按照所提出的测量方法设计的传感器可以实现轴承的温度和振动位移同时检测。 In order to monitor the health status of bearings during operation and realize fault self-diagnosis to prevent major accidents,a dual-parameter measurement method based on PT-symmetric LC sensing is proposed,which can simultaneously measure the tempera-ture and vibration displacement of bearings online.By applying the concept of PT symmetry in quantum mechanics to LC sensors,the phenomenon of the dual frequencies varying with temperature and vibration displacement can be achieved based on the dual-resonant frequency characteristic of the system in the exact PT-symmetric phase.The LC sensor is a single resonant circuit composed of a planar inductor connected to a temperature sensitive capacitor.The readout coil and the sensor coil wirelessly transmit signals and energy through inductive coupling,and the coupling distance changes with the vibration displacement in real time.Results of simulation show that the high frequency of the system has higher sensitivity in the temperature range of 0℃-50℃and the vibration displacement range of 0 mm-0.1 mm,with values of-0.195 MHz/℃and-20.896 MHz/m respectively,indicating that the sensor designed according to the proposeed method can measure the temperature and vibration displacement simultaneously.
