摘要
对润滑脂进行强制高温氧化,检验轴承噪声随氧化时间的变化,进而分析锂基润滑脂氧化劣化过程对噪声寿命的影响,结果表明,氧化后脂的稠化剂纤维结构发生了明显变化,润滑脂生成的含羰基物质是导致轴承噪声增大的主要原因,优化的抗氧剂体系可以延长润滑脂的噪声寿命。
The greases are oxidized in the high temperature condition. In the oxidation process, the variation of bearing noise is detected with elapsing of oxidation time. The effects of oxidative degradation of lithium greases on noise life are analyzed. The results show that the fiber structure of thickener of greases is changed dramatically, the material containing carbonyl resulted from oxidation is the main reason, which lead to increase the noise of hearings. The optimized antioxidants system is able to extend the noise life of greases.
