摘要
为推动高职食品类专业高质量发展,该文以雅安职业技术学院食品类专业为例,构建以岗定课、以赛促课、课证融通的“岗课赛证”四位一体综合育人模式和机制,提升食品类专业学生职业技能水平,为产业培养高素质复合型技术技能人才。
In order to promote the high-quality development of food majors in vocational colleges,this paper takes food majors in Ya’an Polytechnic College as an example to build a four-in-one comprehensive education model and mechanism of“Post,Class,Competition,Certificate”that integrates post deciding courses,competition promoting courses,and course certification integration,promoting the vocational skill level of students in food majors and cultivating high-quality composite technical skilled talents for the industry.
