摘要
诊断报告书写训练在超声医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中占据重要地位,在实际教学中,指导医师和住院医师对诊断报告书写教学存在认知误区,导致住院医师在学习过程中出现诸多问题,影响其临床工作能力的提升。该文总结了诊断报告书写训练存在的问题,结合解放军总医院第六医学中心日常教学工作中的经验体会,分析其原因,提出培训方法建议,并对诊断报告书写训练进行初步教学效果评价,结果显示诊断报告书写训练能够提高住院医师的诊断报告书写能力和技能操作能力,有效提升教学质量和效果。
Training in diagnostic report writing plays a crucial role in the standardized training of resident physicians in ultrasound.In actual teaching practice,there are cognitive misconceptions among teaching supervisors and resident physicians regarding the training of diagnostic report writing.These misconceptions may lead to a variety of problems in the learning process of resident physicians,which in turn affect the improvement of their clinical working abilities.This article addresses the existing problems in diagnostic report writing training for resident physicians.Drawing on the authors'experience in daily teaching,it analyzes the underlying causes of these problems,proposes suggestions for effective training methods,and evaluates the preliminary teaching effectiveness of diagnostic report writing training at the Sixth Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army.The results demonstrate that diagnostic report writing training can enhance the diagnostic report writing skills and procedural skills of resident physicians,thereby effectively improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching.
