摘要
基于长江经济带11个省市典型家庭农场的调研数据,构建家庭农场带动小农户发展意愿影响因素的结构方程模型,分析影响带动意愿的各因素及其作用程度.研究结果表明,农场主个人特征、政策环境、经济环境和社会服务环境直接影响家庭农场带动小农户发展的意愿,其中经济环境的影响程度最大;相对而言,技术环境对家庭农场带动意愿的影响不显著.因此,建议加强对农场主的培训与教育,建立综合农业服务平台以及实施“农业技术融入与适用性评估”机制,从而激发家庭农场带动小农户发展的意愿,助力长江经济带农业的现代化进程.
Based on the survey data of typical family farms in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,a structural equation modeling of influences on the desire of family farms to promote the development of smallholders is constructed to analyze the various factors affecting their willingness to drive and the extent of their impact.The research results show that the personal characteristics of the farm owner,policy environment,economic environment,and social service environment directly affect the willingness of family farms to drive the development of smallholders,among which the economic environment have the greatest impact.Relatively speaking,the impact of the technical environment on the willingness to drive of family farms is not significant.Therefore,it is recommended to enhance the training and education of farm owners,establish a comprehensive agricultural service platform,and implement mechanisms for“integrating agricultural technology and assessing its applicability”to stimulate the willingness of family farms to drive the development of smallholders,assisting in the modernization process of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
