摘要
现代农业组织创新具有制度创新和角色塑造双重制度含义,其核心是构造利益增进机制和利益协调机制,它决定了现代农业组织的制度特征和组织特征。家庭农场具有现代农业组织的利益机制和特征,是我国的现代农业组织形式。我国家庭农场发展的制度含义是,实现现代农业组织制度的制度创新,进行现代农业微观主体的角色塑造。
The innovation of modem agriculture organization has a dual - implication of institutional innovation and role shaping. The key of the innovation is to build up the interest - increasing mechanism and the interest - coordinating mechanism, which determines its institutional features s and organizational features of modem agriculture organization. Household farm possesses the mechanisms and characters of modem agriculture organization, so it is the fight form of modem agriculture organization for China. The institutional implications of the development of China＇ s household farms is to realize the institutional innovation of modern agriculture organization; and conduct the role shaping of microsubjects of modem agriculture.
