350 kV X射线机倍压模块的改进设计

摘要 倍压模块是高频高压X射线机中的重要组成部分。基于350 kVX射线机的倍压模块在电路拓扑和实际结构中需满足小型化、轻量化的需求,通过分析各类倍压电路和实际电路板结构,设计出在体积、重量和绝缘性上均符合实际需求的电路拓扑和电路板组结构,并结合PSIM进行了电路拓扑的参数分析以及仿真验证,通过制板和购买元器件搭建倍压模块实物进行了试验。测试结果表明,改进设计后的倍压模块能够在体积减小的情况下,正常输出350 kV电压。 The voltage doubler module is one of the important components of high-frequency and high-voltage X-ray machine.Based on the demand for miniaturization and lightweight of the circuit topology and actual structure of the voltage doubler module of the 350 kV X-ray machine,the circuit topology and circuit board structure that meet the actual demand in terms of volume,weight and insulation are de-signed by analyzing the voltage doubler circuits and the actual circuit board structure.Meanwhile,par-ametric analysis of the circuit topology and simulation verification are finished by simulation with PSIM.Tests are carried out by making boards and purchasing components to build a voltage doubler module.Test results show that the improved design of the voltage doubler module is able to output 350 kV normally with reduced size.
