摘要
学术漂移作为高等教育领域中的普遍制度性现象,是非学术型高校在追求合法性和社会认同过程中,因模仿和趋同行为而引发的深层次结构性冲突与机制性驱动。在全球化及市场化背景下,职业本科教育渐显学术漂移端倪,表现为对学术型高校办学模式的机械模仿而产生内涵偏离。英国职业本科教育学术漂移的演进与实践,为全球范围内尤其是中国职业本科教育改革与发展提供了有效镜鉴。基于组织同构理论,本研究对中英两国职业本科教育中的学术漂移现象进行了跨文化剖析,阐释强制同构、模仿同构和规范同构等多重机制的深层动因,探讨了全球化背景下学术漂移对教育目标和结构的潜在冲击,并通过政策引导、减弱模仿行为、审慎调整国际化与专业化教育理念等策略应对学术漂移。
Academic drift,a common institutional phenomenon in higher education,refers to deep structural conflicts and mechanis⁃tic drivers arising from non-academic higher education institutions'pursuit of legitimacy and social recognition through imitation and convergence.Against the backdrop of globalization and marketization,signs of academic drift have emerged in vocational un⁃dergraduate education,characterized by a connotation deviation due to mechanical mimicry of academic university models.The evo⁃lution and practice of academic drift in UK vocational undergraduate education offer valuable insights for global,particularly Chi⁃nese,vocational education reform and development.Drawing on organizational isomorphism theory,this study conducts a cross-cul⁃tural analysis of academic drift in vocational undergraduate education in China and UK,elucidating the underlying drivers of coer⁃cive,mimetic,and normative isomorphism.It examines the potential impacts of academic drift on educational goals and structures under the background of globalization and proposes strategies to address it,including policy guidance,reducing mimicry,and care⁃fully adjusting internationalization with concept of professional education.
