新质生产力背景下卓越工程师核心素养评价指标体系构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System for Core Literacy of Excellent Engineers under the Background of New Quality Productivity

摘要 卓越工程师作为未来世界的创造者,是推动高质量发展的核心要素。卓越工程师的培养质量与评价机制是实现人才培养目标的关键管理手段,评价指标与评价方法的选择直接影响着其核心素养的评价结果。本文针对卓越工程师核心素养评价主观性强、人为因素干预大、缺乏科学系统的量化分析等问题,基于模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP)和模糊优劣解距离法(Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,FTOPSIS),提出了综合的FAHP-FTOPSIS评价方法。首先,从基础性素养、专业性素养、发展性素养、工程实践性素养、创新性素养等五方面构建了核心素养评价指标体系;其次,采用三角模糊数对专家给出的不确定性评价语言转化为量化的数值;然后,通过模糊层次分析法计算出卓越工程师核心素养评价指标的权重值;最后,运用模糊优劣解距离法对卓越工程师核心素养评价效果进行了排序和优劣性评价。本文方法的准确性和有效性通过算例得到了验证,该方法对于指导卓越工程师培养的持续改进具有重要意义,为高校卓越工程师核心素养的评价提供了参考与借鉴。 Excellent engineers are the core elements driving high-quality development as creators of the future world.The quality and evaluation mechanism of excellent engineer training is a key management tool to achieve talent training goals.The selection of evaluation indicators and methods directly affects the evaluation results of the core competencies of excellent engineers.This article aims at problems such as strong subjectivity in the evaluation of the core competencies of excellent engineers,large interference of human factors,and lack of scientific and systematic quantitative analysis.this article based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(FTOPSIS),an evaluation method of FAHP-FTOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,a core competency evaluation index system was constructed from five aspects:fundamental literacy,professional literacy,developmental literacy,engineering practical literacy,and innovative literacy.Secondly,using triangular fuzzy numbers to convert the uncertain evaluation language given by experts into quantitative numerical values.Thirdly,the weight values of the core competency evaluation indicators for outstanding engineers are calculated using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the fuzzy optimal solution distance method is used to rank and evaluate the effectiveness of the evaluation of the core competencies of outstanding engineers.The accuracy and effectiveness of this method have been verified through numerical examples,which is of great significance for guiding the continuous improvement of excellent engineer training and providing reference and inspiration for the evaluation of core competencies of excellent engineers in universities.
