摘要
乡村医生是保障农村居民健康的重要力量。建立乡村医生的长效培训机制,探索适宜的培训模式,是提升乡村医生医疗服务能力的重要途径。本研究通过系统分析当前吉林地区乡村医生口腔临床技能培训的现状及实际需求,探索提升乡村医生口腔临床技能的、系统的、实用的培训模式,以切实提高乡村医生口腔专业服务能力,助力乡村医疗卫生服务体系建设。
Rural doctors are an important force to protect the health of rural residents.It is important to improve the medical service ability of rural doctors by establishing a long-term training mechanism for rural doctors and exploring appropriate training models.Through systematic analysis of the current situation and actual needs for oral clinical skills training for rural doctors in Jilin area,this study explores a systematic and practical training mode aimed at improving the oral clinical skills of rural doctors,effectively improving the oral professional serviceability of rural doctors,and helping the construction of rural medical and health service system.
