摘要
新时代矛盾纠纷多元化解综合机制建设在数字信息技术加持下经历了从搭建平台到平台化治理的发展历程。诸暨市践行并丰富发展新时代“枫桥经验”,与时俱进地将数字化思维及其技术运用于矛盾纠纷多元化解,搭建了党委统筹领导下多元主体参与的社会治理中心(工作室)三级架构体系,探索并形成了矛盾纠纷多元化解的平台化治理模式及其机制。新时代“枫桥经验”矛盾纠纷多元化解平台化治理及其机制建设需要根据新情况新问题与时俱进地发展完善,实现把矛盾纠纷解决在基层、化解在萌芽状态的目标追求。
The construction of mechanisms for managing diversified conflicts and disputes in the new era has evolved from platform building to platform governance,supported by digital information technology.Zhuji City's“Fengqiao Experience”practices and enriches this approach in the new era,applying digital thinking and technology to resolve conflicts and disputes through a three-level system of social governance centers with diverse participation under Party Committee leadership.This experience explores and builds a platform governance mode and mechanism for managing diversified conflicts and disputes.The“Maple Bridge Experience”requires continuous development and improvement according to new situations and problems,aiming to solve conflicts at the grassroots level.
