摘要
“互联网+”的新媒体时代推动食品安全风险复杂化,传统监管模式难以取得良好风险管控成效,智慧监管深化食品安全风险预警体系新模式发展是食品安全风险防控的重点转型方向。食品安全风险预警体系新模式在监管实践中取得一定成效,但面临信息数据质量、信息技术应用、监管人员信息素养、风险分级方面的困境。本文从规范化制度、人才储备及风险预警体系优化角度进行对策阐述,为现代化食品安全风险预警体系新模式转化提供参考。
The phenomenon of the"Internet+"era of new media complicating food safety risks has made it difficult for traditional regulatory mode to achieve effective risk control outcomes.The development of the new mode of intelligent supervision to deepen the food safety risk early warning system is the key transformation direction of food safety risk prevention and control.The new mode of food safety risk warning system has achieved certain results in regulatory practice,but faces difficulties in information data quality,information technology application,regulatory personnel technology information literacy,and risk grading.This article elaborates on countermeasures from the perspectives of standardization system,talent reserve,and optimization of risk warning system,providing referential suggestions for the transformation of new mode of modern food safety risk warning system.
