摘要
食品安全预警数据库的建设对我国食品安全的状况和趋势评价有着极其重要的作用。分析我国建立食品安全预警数据库系统的必要性,指出我国现存食品安全相关数据库存在的问题,并提出建立食品安全预警数据库的总体框架结构。
Constructing a database for food safety forecasting is very important to evaluate the status and the trend of food security in China. The paper analyzes the problems of the existent food security database and presents the framework of the system of food security forecast database as a whole and the machinery.
