光热电站大跨度熔盐泵支架动力响应分析

Dynamic response analysis of long-span molten salt pump support in solar-thermal power station

摘要 结合有限元软件Midas Gen建立了某光热项目熔盐泵支架有限元计算模型,进行了结构动力响应计算,分析了结构布置、阻尼比取值、扰力作用点等影响熔盐泵支架动力响应结果的因素,结合现行规范和设备厂家要求总结了对熔盐泵支架容许振动限值的要求。 The finite element calculation model of molten salt pump support for a solar thermal project is established with finite element software Midas Gen,and structural dynamic response calculation is carried out.Factors affecting the dynamic response result of the support,such as structural arrangement,damping ratio value and application point of disturbing force,are analyzed.The requirements of permissible vibration limit of molten salt pump support are summarized in combination with current specifications and requirements of equipment manufacturers.
