摘要
原发性痛经是育龄期女性极为常见的一种疾病,近年来其发病率呈显著上升趋势。中草药在治疗原发性痛经方面具有诸多独特优势,例如疗效确切、副作用小以及多靶点干预模式等。鉴于此,本文系统地对近年来中草药在原发性痛经领域中的作用机制及临床研究进展进行综述。在研究过程中,重点对单味药(如益母草、莪术、当归等)以及复方制剂中的核心药对(如当归—川芎等)的药理活性与作用机制进行深入探讨。本研究全面解析中草药治疗原发性痛经的科学内涵以及临床应用价值,为未来在该领域的机制探索与临床转化工作提供理论依据。
Primary dysmenorrhea(PD),a common gynecological disorder among reproductive-age women,exhibited a significantly increasing prevalence.Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)demonstrated unique advantages in PD treatment due to its clinically proven efficacy,minimal side effects,and multi-target intervention mode.This review systematically summarized recent advances in the core mechanisms and clinical applications of CHM for PD,focusing on the pharmacological activities and therapeutic mechanisms of both single herbs(e.g.,Leonurus japonicus,Curcuma phaeocaulis,Angelica sinensis)and core herb pairs in compound formulations(e.g.,Angelica sinensis-Ligusticum sinense'Chuanxiong').The study comprehensively elucidated the scientific rationale and clinical value of CHM in treating PD,thereby providing a theoretical foundation for future mechanistic research and clinical translation.
