摘要
档案网站是档案信息资源共享与档案为民服务的重要平台,其无障碍建设事关亿万民众基本公共文化权益的保障。在梳理国内档案网站无障碍建设现状的基础上,深入剖析了档案网站在无障碍建设中面临的突出问题与挑战。围绕顶层设计、标准规范、技术改造、能力建设等方面,提出了系统性、精准化、常态化的档案网站无障碍建设实践路径。以无障碍为牵引,推动档案网站向智能化、个性化、泛在化方向升级改造,这将有力促进信息公平、提升体验品质、引领创新发展,为服务国家治理、融入智慧社会提供更加充沛的档案新动能。
Archival website is an important platform for archival information resource sharing and archival service,and its barrier-free construction is related to the protection of the basic public cultural rights and interests of hundreds of millions of people.On the basis of sorting out the current situation of barrier-free construction of archives websites in China,this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding problems and challenges faced by archives websites in barrier-free construction.Based on top-level design,standards,technical transformation and capacity building,a systematic,accurate and normal practice path for barrier-free construction of archival websites is proposed.Guided by accessibility,promoting the upgrading and transformation of archives websites to intelligent,personalized and ubiquitous directions will effectively promote information fairness,improve the quality of experience,lead innovative development,and provide more abundant new momentum for archives to serve national governance and integrate into the smart society.
