摘要
我国档案网站信息无障碍利用是我国信息无障碍事业的重要组成部分,是实现档案信息公开与公平利用的现实需要,也是拓展档案信息服务功能的重要途径。目前,我国档案网站信息无障碍利用尚未起步、信息无障碍利用尚存在意识不强、投入不足、相关法律法规与标准不完善等问题,应从树立民本思想,建立健全相关法律法规与标准体系,整合档案信息资源,加强档案网站服务能力建设,培养人才队伍,增加投入等方面采取措施。
The information barrier-free accessibility of archive websites is not only an important part of our information barrier-free career, and an actual requirement to realize archives information disclosure and fair utilization, but also an important way to expand the service function of archival information. At present, in- formation barrier-free accessibility of archive websites in our country has not started yet and there are still some problems as following, insufficient attention, insufficient investment, incomplete rules and regulation system. Therefore, some countermeasures should be taken from following aspects, building the people-orient- ed thoughts, establish relevant legal systems, integrating the archival information resources, strengthening service capacity construction of archival websites, bringing up and training personal troops and increasing investment.
