选煤厂重介质浅槽分选机自校正控制技术

摘要 悬浮液粘度与其稳定性和流变性有直接的关系,如果忽略此因素会造成分选机分选精度控制下降。以现有工艺为基础,提出选煤厂重介质浅槽分选机自校正控制技术。基于经验关系式Einstein方程计算悬浮液粘度以及悬浮液煤泥量浓度;分析该因素给重介质浅槽分拣机的分拣过程带来的影响;再结合模糊控制原理引入浅槽分选机悬浮液粘度非线性影响模型到自校正控制器中,完成工作过程的自校正控制。实验结果表明:控制器比例、积分以及微分等控制参数校正结果与设定的期望控制参数基本拟合,误差分别低于0.05、0.01、0.5,校正控制效果良好。 The viscosity of suspension is directly related to its stability and rheological properties.Ignoring this factor can lead to a decrease in the accuracy control of the sorting machine.Based on the existing process,propose a self calibration control technology for the heavy medium shallow groove sorting machine in coal preparation plants.Calculate the viscosity of the suspension and the con-centration of the suspended coal slurry based on the empirical Einstein equation;Analyze the impact of this factor on the sorting process of heavy medium shallow slot sorting machines;Combined with the principle of fuzzy control,a nonlinear influence model of suspension viscosity in shallow groove sorting machine is introduced into the self correcting controller to complete the self correcting control of the working process.The experimental results show that the calibration results of the controller's proportional,integral,and differential control parameters are basically consistent with the set expected control parameters,with errors below 0.05,0.01,and 0.5,respectively.The calibration control effect is good.
