摘要
三产融合作为推动果业现代化发展的必经之路,对安徽省果业可持续健康发展、提高市场竞争力具有重要意义。本文以安徽省果业发展为研究对象,通过对现阶段安徽省果业发展现状进行梳理,重点分析了“砀山酥梨”“长丰草莓”“怀宁蓝莓”三个果业三产融合的经典案例。在此基础上,提出了注重知识产权,培育自有品种;挖掘果品特色,找准加工方向;制定生产标准,注重信息溯源;加大政策支持,培养专业人才等发展策略,以期为未来安徽省果业高质量发展提供参考。
The integration of three industries as a way to promote the modernization of the fruit industry,the sustainable and healthy devel-opment of the fruit industry in Anhui province,to improve market competitiveness is of great significance.With the development of fruit industry in Anhui province as the object of research,through the current stage of fruit industry development in Anhui province to establish the status,focusing on the analysis of the"Dangshan Crisp Pear""Changfeng Strawberry""Huaining Blueberry"Three fruit industry three production integration of classic cases.On this basis,the proposed focus on intellectual property rights,cultivate their own varieties;mining fruit characteristics,find the direction of processing;the development of production standards,focusing on branding;increase policy support,cultivate professionals and other development strategies in order to provide a reference for the future high-quality development of the fruit industry in Anhui province.
