摘要
针对我国果树产业的发展现状,剖析了产业发展中存在的主要问题和面临的形势。基于现阶段我国果树产业正处于一个转型发展期,提出"十四五"应以促进乡村振兴为总抓手,坚持绿色高质量发展理念和"一稳定、二调整、三提高"的发展方向,具体发展对策包括:继续调整优化果树种植区域布局、树种与品种结构,规范现代良种苗木繁育体系建设,集成示范推广现代高效栽培模式及果园化肥农药减施增效技术,大力推广节本增效技术,加强自然灾害和病虫害等突发事件预警机制建设,开发果树产业新功能等,旨在为我国果树产业高质量发展提供参考。
According to the current situation of fruit tree industry in China,the main problems and the situation facing in the development of fruit tree industry were analyzed.Based on the fact that China’s fruit industry is in a period of transformation and development,it is proposed that the"14th five-year plan"should focus on promoting rural revitalization,adhere to the concept of green and high-quality development and the development direction of"stability,adjustment,improvement".The specific development countermeasures include:continue to adjust and optimize the regional layout of fruit tree planting,tree species and variety structure;standardize the construction of modern seedling breeding system;integrated demonstration and promotion of modern high-efficiency cultivation mode,and the technology of reducing fertilizer and pesticide application and increasing efficiency in orchard;vigorously promoting cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing technology;strengthen the construction of early warning mechanisms for emergencies such as natural disasters,diseases and insect pests;developing new functions of fruit tree industry,etc.Aims to provide reference for the high quality development of fruit tree industry in China.
