摘要
基于不确定性-认同理论和程序化扎根理论,通过对75份访谈资料和180份调研资料进行质性编码分析,针对技能型和劳动型灵活就业者这两个群体展开对比,探究了灵活就业者身份不确定性的形成及影响机制。研究结论表明:不同类型灵活就业者身份不确定性的诱因、情绪态度变化、后续行为表现、边界条件等存在差异;灵活就业者身份不确定性的影响机制存在身份强化路径、身份回避路径两类影响路径,且对于劳动型灵活就业者,身份不确定性的影响机制倾向于遵循身份回避路径,对于技能型灵活就业者,身份不确定性影响机制在两类路径上均有所体现。
Based on the uncertainty-identity theory and programmatic grounded theory,this study explores the formation and impact mechanism of the identity uncertainty of flexible employees by conducting qualitative coding and analysis of 75 interview data and 180 survey data collected from both the skilled-and labor-type flexible employees.The results show that:differences exist in the various antecedents,emotional states,behavioral consequences,and boundary conditions among different types of flexible employees.Besides,identity strengthening and identity avoiding are two different paths for the mechanisms of flexible employees’identity uncertainty,and the influence mechanism of identity uncertainty for labor-type flexible employees tends to follow the identity avoiding path,while that for skilled flexible employees tends to follow both paths.
