摘要
TPZ分子防水卷材具有成本低、适用性强、绿色环保等优势,且物理、化学性能更加优异、稳定,已经逐渐取代传统SBS防水卷材并得到了广泛使用。本文以兰州乾盛房地产晏家坪住宅小区项目为例,分别从底板、侧墙、顶板3个地下室部位分析防水施工材料和设备合理选用,探讨3个部位利用TPZ分子防水卷材防水施工工法的应用要点。
TPZ molecular waterproofing membrane has the advantages of low cost,strong applicability,and green environmental protection,and its physical and chemical properties are more excellent and stable.It has gradually replaced traditional SBS waterproofing membrane and has been widely used.This paper takes the Yanjiaping residential area project of Qiansheng Real Estate in Lanzhou as an example,and analyzes the rational selection of waterproof construction materials and equipment from three basement parts:the bottom plate,side walls,and top plate.It explores the application points of TPZ molecular waterproofing membrane waterproofing construction method in these three parts.
