摘要
建筑装饰格栅的制作与安装精度是空间异形曲面装饰装修施工的关键,以成都市环城生态修复项目蚕丛渔桑园装修工程为例,采用BIM技术辅助装饰格栅安装工艺。使用三维激光扫描仪对装饰部位的主体结构进行精密测量扫描,利用BIM参数化建模优化排布、调整间距,最终绘制出格栅深化图纸,再根据图纸数据进行快速下料。另外,使用自动放线机器人读取BIM模型数据,自动打出激光点标识格栅放样位置,从而减少安装累计误差,保障装饰格栅安装精度。
The fabrication and installation accuracy of architectural decorative grilles is crucial to space curved decoration.Taking the decoration of Cancong Yusang Park in the Huancheng Ecological Restoration Project in Chengdu as an example,the grille deepening drawing was prepared,with the BIM technology applied in decorative grille installation,the 3D laser scanner in accurate measurement and scanning of main decorated structures,and the BIM parametric modeling in layout optimization and spacing adjustment.Then cutting was performed quickly according to the drawing data.In addition,the automatic pay-off robot was used to read the BIM model data and automatically set out the grille locations based on laser dots,thereby reducing the cumulative installation error and ensuring the installation accuracy of decorative grilles.
