摘要
目的 分析个性化护理干预在门诊预防接种儿童中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年3月至2024年2月于山东大学第三人民医院门诊预防接种的60例儿童,按照接种时间分为两组。对照组(n=30,2023年3月至8月)行常规护理,观察组(n=30,2023年9月至2024年2月)在对照组基础上实施个性化护理。比较两组家属预防接种知识掌握程度、儿童预防接种配合度、不良反应总发生率。结果 观察组家属预防接种知识掌握程度较对照组高(P<0.05)。对照组完全配合5例,基本配合7例,部分配合12例,不配合6例;观察组完全配合13例,基本配合11例,部分配合5例,不配合1例;观察组预防接种配合度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为6.66%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论 个性化护理干预在门诊预防接种儿童中的应用效果较好,可提高家属预防接种知识掌握度及儿童预防接种配合度,减少不良反应。
Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in outpatient vaccination of children.Methods A total of 60 children vaccinated in the outpatient Department of Jinan Third People's Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the vaccination time.The control group(n=30,March to August 2023) received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=30,September 2023 to February 2024) received personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The degree of family members' knowledge of vaccination,the degree of children's cooperation in vaccination and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of family members' knowledge of vaccination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).In the control group,5 cases were fully cooperative,7 cases were basically cooperative,12 cases were partially cooperative,and 6 cases were not cooperative.In the observation group,13 cases were fully cooperative,11 cases were basically cooperative,5 cases were partially cooperative,and 1 case was not cooperative.The degree of cooperation in vaccination of observation group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.66%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application effect of personalized nursing intervention in outpatient vaccination of children is better,which can improve family members' knowledge of vaccination and children's cooperation in vaccination,and reduce adverse reactions.
