摘要
目的 分析在口腔临床带教中采取多元一体化教学法的有效性。方法 选取2021年7月—2024年6月山东大学第三人民医院的60名实习生为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组30名,研究组应用多元一体化教学法,比较组应用传统教学法,对比两组的考核成绩、综合能力、教学质量和带教满意度。结果 研究组的考核成绩高于比较组,综合能力和教学质量优于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的带教满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于比较组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。结论 在口腔临床带教中应用多元一体化教学法,能够提高实习生的考核成绩和教学质量,对综合能力和带教满意度的提升也有积极影响。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of adopting multi-integrated teaching method in oral clinical teach⁃ing.Methods A total of sixty interns from the Third People's Hospital of Jinan City from July 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with thirty students in each group by random number table method.The study group applied the multi-integrated teaching method,while the comparison group applied the traditional teaching method,and the assessment results,comprehensive ability,teaching quality and teaching satisfac⁃tion of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of the study group were higher than those of the com⁃parison group,and the comprehensive ability and teaching quality were better than those of the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching in the study group was 100.00%(30/30),higher than 80.00%(24/30)in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-integrated teaching method in oral clinical teaching can improve the as⁃sessment results and teaching quality of interns,and also has a positive impact on the improvement of comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
