摘要
教育强国建设以高等教育为龙头,应用型本科院校作为高等教育服务强国战略的重要组成部分,肩负着培养高素质应用型人才、服务区域发展和支撑产业升级的重要任务。当前,应用型本科院校存在办学目标层层攀高、专业设置盲目跟风、人才培养理实分离、科学研究“数字崇拜”、师资队伍结构失衡等问题。教育强国背景下应用型本科院校高质量发展的路径是,以深化价值认知为起点,坚定应用型办学目标;以学科专业调整为重点,开辟特色化发展道路;以课程教学改革为支点,构建产教融合育人模式;以优化科研评价为牵引,开展有组织的应用型科研;以建强教师队伍为保障,打造高素质应用型师资。
Building a powerful nation of education is led by higher education,and applied undergraduate colleges are an important component of the strategy of serving a strong education country.They shoulder the important tasks of cultivating high-quality applied professionals,serving regional development,and supporting industrial upgrading.Currently,applied undergraduate colleges face problems such as hierarchical elevation of educational goals,blindly following trends in major settings,separation of theory and practice in talent cultivation,“digital worship”in scientific research,and imbalanced faculty structure.The path to high-quality development of applied undergraduate colleges under the background of a powerful nation of education is to deepen value recognition as the starting point to firmly adhere to the goal of applied education,focus on the adjustment of disciplines and majors to open up a path of characteristic development,take curriculum and teaching reform as the fulcrum to build an educational model of integrating industry and education,guide by optimizing scientific research evaluation to carry out an organized applied scientific research,and to build a strong teaching team as a guarantee to create high-quality applied teachers.
