摘要
我国口腔颌面部肿瘤发病率逐年上升,严重影响患者健康和生活质量,研究发展诊断和治疗新技术是提高患者生存率的有效途径。生物样本库平台即生物医学样本和相关临床数据的采集、存储和分析共享系统已成为精准医疗研究发展的基石。利用口腔颌面部肿瘤生物样本资源可开展口腔癌发病机制研究、疾病分类分型和诊断治疗新技术方法的建立,指导临床治疗和预后评估等新型的精准诊治策略。本文详细探讨了口腔颌面部肿瘤生物样本的采集标准规程及保藏标准规范,旨在为口腔颌面部肿瘤生物样本库的建设提供参考,促进口腔颌面部肿瘤精准诊疗方案的制订以及健康研究和产业转化。
The incidence of oral and maxillofacial cancer in China has been steadily increasing,presenting a significant threat to the health and quality of life of patients.Advancing novel diagnostic and therapeutic technologies is crucial for improving patient survival rates.Biobank platforms,which involve the collection,storage,and analysis of biomedical samples and related clinical data,have emerged as essential components of precision medicine research.Biobank resources play a crucial role in understanding the mechanisms of oral carcinogenesis,refining disease classification,and developing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches,ultimately guiding clinical treatment and prognostic evaluation strategies.The establishment of a national biobank resource sharing platform for major diseases aligns with the country's strategic priorities,supporting the transformation of industrial structures,addressing key challenges in economic and social development,and bolstering the growth and sustainability of research-oriented hospitals and academic disciplines.
