摘要
随着对肿瘤研究的日益深入,肿瘤生物样本库的重要性逐渐显现,日益受到各国科研工作者的重视,世界各地也相继建立了肿瘤生物样本库。高质量肿瘤生物样本库的建立将为研究肿瘤发病机制及个体差异,发展"个体化"治疗提供基础数据,也是决定转化医学研究的重要限速性因素。本文就国内外肿瘤生物样本库建立的现状、趋势及存在的问题做一论述。
With the deepening of cancer research, the im- portance of the the tumor biobank is gradually emerging. Sev- eral national tumor hiobanks have been established around the world. The establishment of high quality tumor biobanks will provide basic data for the research of cancer etiology and the development of individual treatment in translational medi- cine. In this review, the status, trends, and problems of tu- mor biobanks are discussed.
