面向新能源汽车工程专业领域的职业本科教育模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 新能源汽车工程专业具有高度的技术复杂性和多学科交叉性的特点,这要求培养具备多学科融合能力、深厚理论知识与扎实实践技能的复合型人才。然而,职业本科教育模式则注重强化实践导向,推动与产业界的紧密合作,提升学生在国际化背景下的专业素养和跨文化沟通能力。因此,将职业本科教育模式与新能源汽车工程专业有效结合,不仅可以有效回应新能源汽车领域对高素质人才的迫切需求,还能通过实践教学与产业协同培养,帮助学生积累实战经验,并提升在国际背景下的跨文化沟通与领导能力。 The discipline of new energy vehicle engineering is characterized by its high technical complexity and interdisciplinary nature,which requires the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents with profound theoretical knowledge and solid practical skills.The vocational undergraduate education mode focuses on strengthening the practical orientation,promoting close cooperation with industry,and enhancing students’professional literacy and cross-cultural communication skills in an international context.Therefore,effectively combining the vocational undergraduate education mode with the discipline of new energy vehicle engineering can not only well address the urgent need for high-quality talents in the field of new energy vehicles,but also help students accumulate experience through practical teaching and industrial collaborative cultivation,and improve their cross-cultural communication and leadership abilities in an international context.
