面向职业本科层次的新能源汽车整车性能试验教学研究 被引量:1

Performance Test of New Energy Vehicles at Vocational Undergraduate Level Research on Teaching

摘要 在岗课赛证综合育人模式思想指导下,本文立足新能源汽车整车性能和零部件试验验证岗位,探索适用于职业本科新能源汽车工程技术专业汽车试验学课程内容,推动计算机硬件、软件及其编程基本知识进课堂进教材,以期打破汽车专业群学生受计算机“硬件”和“软件”双重限制,使“机械式”汽车人走向“智能化”汽车人。首先,开发包括新能源汽车动力性/经济性基本原理、试验设备与采集软件、试验方法及其试验数据处理的教学内容,难度适中且实用。其次,对被试者进行学情分析,分析表明,被试者可接受所授知识。最后,进行案例实施,被试者深刻理解新能源汽车运动规律,熟练掌握整车性能试验验证方法,能胜任试验验证岗位。基于此,新能源汽车工程技术专业汽车开设包括整车性能试验在内的汽车试验学,精进岗位与课程相统一,可行性强且实用价值高。 Under the guidance of the comprehensive education model of on-the-job competition certificates,this article is based on the test and verification position of vehicle performance and parts of new energy vehicles,explores the curriculum content suitable for vocational undergraduate programs in new energy vehicle engineering technology,and promotes the integration of fundamental knowledge in computer hardware,software,and programming into the classroom and textbooks.The goal is to break the dual limitations of"hardware"and"software"for automotive students and transition them from"mechanical"to"intelligent"automotive professionals.First of all,the development of teaching content including the basic principles of power/economy of new energy vehicles,test equipment and acquisition software,test methods and test data processing,is moderately difficult and practical.Secondly,analyze the learning situation of the subjects.The analysis indicates that the subjects are receptive to the knowledge taught.Finally,the case implementation was carried out,and the participants had a deep understanding of the movement laws of new energy vehicles,were proficient in the vehicle performance test and verification methods,and were qualified for the test verification position.Based on this,the new energy vehicle engineering technology major has set up automobile testing including vehicle performance test,and the refined positions are unified with the curriculum,which is feasible and has high practical value.
