摘要
目的 探讨基于PDCA(plan-do-check-act)循环的手术室护理人员管理流程优化与质量控制的有效性与可行性。方法 选取在淄博市第四人民医院手术室工作的6名护理人员作为研究对象,2022年1月-2023年6月实施传统护理管理模式纳入对照组,2023年7月-2024年6月实施基于PDCA循环的管理模式纳入观察组。对比两组护理人员管理质量、质量控制评分。结果 观察组的流程规范程度(24.41±0.29)分、团队协作与沟通(24.46±0.13)分、资源利用与分配(24.53±0.11)分、应急响应能力(24.56±0.12)分,均高于对照组(23.57±0.23)分、(23.68±0.27)分、(23.61±0.23)分、(23.57±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.559、6.376、8.839、7.960,P均<0.05)。观察组质量控制评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 基于PDCA循环的手术室护理人员管理流程优化与质量控制研究取得了积极成果,有效提升了手术室护理的管理质量和质量控制水平。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of management process optimization and quality control of operating room nursing staff based on PDCA(plan-do-check-act)cycle.Methods Six nursing staff working in the operating room of the Fourth People's Hospital of Zibo City were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to June 2023,the traditional nursing management mode was included in the control group,and from July 2023 to June 2024,the management mode based on PDCA cycle was included in the observation group.The management quality and quality control scores of the two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The process specification score of the observation group was 24.41±0.29,the team cooperation and communication score was 24.46±0.13,the resource utilization and distribution score was 24.53±0.11,and the emergency response ability score was 24.56±0.12,which were higher than 23.57±0.23,23.68±0.27,23.61±0.23,23.57±0.28 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.559,6.376,8.839,7.960,all P<0.05).The quality control scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The research on management process optimization and quality control of operating room nursing staff based on PDCA cycle has achieved positive results,which has effectively improved the management quality and quality control level of operating room nursing.
