摘要
目的:运用PDCA循环管理法进行手术体位的安置,提高手术室护士正确安置标准手术体位的能力,降低手术体位安置不当给患者带来的风险。方法:在手术体位安置中应用PDCA循环管理法引导护理人员关注问题,解决问题,不断地改进目标与措施,使护理质量循环上升。结果:未发生因体位安置不当引起的并发症。结论:运用PDCA循环法提升了护士主动学习的积极性,使手术体位的安置能力得到不断提高,也促进了护理质量的提升,保障了患者的安全。
Objective：To improve the operating room nurses’ability of playing accurate and standard surgery posture,and minimize the risk of patients in fause surgery posture,PDCA cycle were used . Methods：PDCA cycle can make the nurses focus on the problem,solving in time and improve the equality of nursing care.Results：It is occurred no complications of fause surgery posture. Conclusion：PDCA methods were benefit for improving the activeness of study and the equality of nursing care,and guaranteed patients’ safety.
